It is very simple to block game requests on Facebook. You have just to follow the guidelines mentioned below:

1. Login to your Facebook Account and Visit Requests Page in App Center.
2. Find the Facebook Application/Game which you want to block.
3. Now click on (X) . This will decline the  any request to Play Facebook Game.
   When you click on (X), this will brings you on new menu where you can block that specific Game or you can ignore all requests from that person.

When you click on Block Candy Crush Saga ( For Example) then a popup will appear on the screen , you have to confirm this.  This will also prevent you from seeing Candy Crush Saga if other people have it installed.

Alternate Method to Block Facebook Apps Invitations:

If the above mentioned method does not work then you can block Facebook Apps Requests by these steps.

3. Login to your Facebook account and click on Setting.
4. Click on App Tab.
   A window will appear on the screen. Check the image
5.  Search the app or Facebook game you want to block and then select that one. A popup will displayed with some options. Check Image :
